The helpdesk has a call tracking system implemented .We have a dedicated team of engineers, trained and certified by our principals and partners to support our end customers.

In any case the support will include the following:

    • Preventive Maintenance visits once every 3 months during the AMC period.
    • Unlimited breakdown calls during the AMC PERIOD
    • 24 hours Telephonic support.
    • Breakdown calls will be scheduled to suit customer's convenience
    • Servicing outside office hours of ezTECH can be arranged on request.
    • Rental / Leasing: - ezTECH will provide the user equipments on a rental or lease basis.
